Bergen Record: Dennis Shulman wins nomination

Demarest rabbi and psychologist Dennis Shulman easily won the Democratic nomination for the 5th District seat in the House of Representatives and will face Rep. Scott Garrett, R-Wantage, in November.
With 85 percent of precincts reporting, Shulman had 60 percent of the vote, ahead of Glen Rock resident Camille Abate, a lawyer, who had 32 percent, and Roger Bacon of Phillipsburg, with 8 percent.
Shulman said his campaign is ready to take on three-term incumbent Garrett, who ran unopposed for the Republican nomination. (Read the full article at NorthJersey.com)
